What is Boy Scouts?
Boy Scouts is a year-round program that teaches character, leadership, wilderness skills, and self-confidence through outdoor adventure and community service. Boy Scouts is open to young men from sixth grade to age 17, whether or not they have participated in Cub Scouts.
You can join any time of year!
Why should my child join?
Like all Scout programs, Boy Scouting strives to instill values in young people. As a Scout advances he gains leadership skills and confidence in himself.
What will my child do?
In addition to outdoor activities, Boy Scouting allows young men to earn merit badges in over one hundred career and hobby subjects.
