Volunteer Information and Planning
Volunteer Information Planning is a one day opportunity for leaders to receive information to help plan your unit’s yearly program. Each unit attending VIP will come away with valuable information regarding Scouting in the Middle Tennessee Council; including camping opportunities, trainings, round up preparation and much more.
If your unit was not represented at one of the VIP’s training, please contact your District Commissioner or District Executive to pick up your unit’s packet or you can download the package by click on the links below. The information includes all the latest information for planning your program for the 2012-2013 Scouting year.
