In the spring of 2020, the MTC will sponsor three geographically located Camporees supported by local District leadership celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Middle TN Council. All three will have a traveling 100th Anniversary memorabilia display with branding and t-shirt silkscreen opportunities for all Scouts and Scouters. All Camporees will be $20 per person and registration will appear on double knot January 1, 2020.
Native American Heritage will be highlighted April 3-5, 2020 at Camp Arrowhead located on the shores of Normandy Lake. Come to Camp Arrowhead and experience a day in the life of young native Americans. American Heritage will be the theme for the April 17-19, 2020 event at the Narrows of the Harpeth. This was the original location for Camp Boxwell in the late 1920’s. Canoe/Kayak the Harpeth River, Zip line at Adventure Works and hike to the Mound Bottom Archeological Site. Keith Smith from James E.
