Can’t be there all summer? On your application let us know if you will need to leave camp during the summer for Philmont, Sea Base, etc. IF you plan to miss a week of camp please choose Week 4 June 30-July 6, 2024.

2024 APPLICATION DEADLINES

Applications can still be submitted after the below deadlines, but those applications will be considered on a rolling basis, with separate interview dates that will be communicated individually.

• November 20, 2023 - All return staff members application due.

• December 4, 2023 – Staff Application Dues

• December 2, 2023 – New Incoming Staff Interview @ Boxwell Reservation 9 am – 2 pm High Adventure Building

• January 29, 2024 – First Round of Employment Paperwork Mailed and Emailed to staffs

• February 3, 2024 – New Incoming Staff Interview @ Council Office 10 am – 1 pm (second opportunity)

• February 26, 2024 – All Employment Paperwork Mailed and emailed

• If possible, a printed copy of your application.

Step 4 - Onboarding

Once you have interviewed:

If hired, you will receive a contract and other required forms in the mail. This will be mailed to the address provided on your online application.

• In March you will be contract by one of the directors from your camp to confirm your employment and to review important dates.

• May 4, 2024 All Staff Paperwork is due to the Council Office.

• After May 4, 2024 - $25 deduction will be added to your first pay check. (Exception with medical form)

Step 6 –Trainings

• ALL TRAININGS MUST BE TAKEN ANNUALLY.

• ALL TRAININGS MUST BE TAKEN INDIVIDUALLY.

• THIS IS REQUIRED FOR CAMP STAFF (SQ-402).

• All TRAINING MUST be complete prior to the start of camp. Please send a copy of your COMPELTED CERTIFICATE (INCLUDING YOUR NAME) with your Complete Staff Paperwork.

  • American Red Cross – We are required to have at least 50% of summer camp staff Trained in CPR. IF you have CPR Training please send a copy of your current certification along with your staff paperwork Click Here

Step 7 – How to get paid

All required Staff Paperwork must be turned in by May 4, 2024 (NO paper work NO PAY)
