Wood Badge

Wood Badge is Scouting’s most advanced training for adults offered at the Council level. A national course open only to Scouting volunteers and professionals, the training has two distinct parts: The first part takes place outdoors where the aims and methods of Scouting are explained and demonstrated by a volunteer staff of fellow Scouters. During the second part, participants will show their knowledge of leadership principles by completing a set of personal goals related to their Scouting positions.
